The daf plant water treatment system consists of five parts: the mixing and reaction section, the flotation and separation section (including the clean water tank), the dissolved air water preparation system, the scraping section, and the electronic control section. Before the wastewater is lifted and sent to the equipment, the appropriate treatment agent is added to achieve the desired treatment effect.
The DAF plant water treatment combined flotation and water purification system operates in two steps. First, the added reagent (usually aluminum salts or iron salts) reacts with the harmful substances in the wastewater, undergoing a mixed flocculation reaction to form micro-particle flocs. Under the action of the polymer coagulant (PAM), coarse-grained alum flowers are formed, achieving the desired treatment effect.
Second, when the coarse-grained alum flowers come into contact with the dissolved air water, they are adhered to by micron-sized microbubbles. As a large number of microbubbles adhere to the suspended solids, the specific gravity of the solids decreases, causing them to float to the surface of the liquid, completing the solid-liquid separation process. Due to the floating and escape of a large number of microbubbles, the scum layer on the liquid surface is continuously compressed, further concentrating the solids and significantly reducing the water content. This makes the scum more suitable for the next step of solidification and disposal.
The concentrated scum is regularly discharged by the scraper, and the purified clean water flows into the clean water tank by gravity. It is then sucked by the dissolved air water pump to prepare dissolved air water. The remaining water is either directly discharged or reused after deep purification by the filtration equipment. Excess water is discharged as waste. The regularly discharged sludge is a concentrated form of harmful substances, which is properly disposed of after dehydration and solidification.
