The flocculant preparation station consists of a mechanical vibration arch-breaking device, a quantitative spiral dosing device, a dry powder silo, a dry powder moisture-proof device, and a dry powder infiltration system. The feed can be driven by a servo motor or a stepper motor, and the amount of dry powder added is controlled proportionally to the dissolved water flow rate according to the preset concentration. The dry powder infiltration device uses a swirl and a jet of water to thoroughly mix and wet the dry powder, ensuring that the dissolved water infiltrates the powdered agent to the maximum extent. The dry powder silo is equipped with a dry powder level meter, which can trigger an alarm through an indicator light and buzzer on the color touch screen panel when the dry powder level is low.

The quantitative water inlet system (dissolved water system) of the flocculant preparation station consists of a filter, an electric valve, a pressure-regulating valve, a shockproof diaphragm pressure gauge, a ball valve, a flow meter, and a piping system. The filter prevents particles from clogging the pipeline. The electric valve automatically opens or closes the water supply pipeline based on the liquid level control of the liquid storage tank. The flow meter continuously feeds the current flow value back to the controller to ensure dosing accuracy. The regulating valve controls the water inlet during commissioning. The ball valve can be used to shut off the water supply during maintenance.

The storage and mixing system consists of a 304 stainless steel solution preparation box (three-box type), a motor reducer, and a liquid level control system. The solution box is divided into three relatively independent sections: the instant medicine box, the maturation box, and the finished medicine box. This design ensures the full dissolution and maturation of the solution. The special connection method of the solution box pipeline prevents the maturation solution from mixing with the newly prepared solution, allowing for continuous preparation of the solution. The liquid level of the finished medicine box is monitored by a liquid level sensor. When the solution reaches the "low level," the liquid level sensor triggers the solenoid valve to open. The flow meter signal feedback control system activates the dry injection machine, and the solution preparation begins. When the solution reaches the "high level," the preparation process automatically stops.

The solution preparation system is equipped with two electric mixers as standard, with the option to install an agitator in the finished medicine box. The agitators in the dissolving medicine box and the maturation box run simultaneously. The impeller structure and double-layer impeller speed are selected based on the volume of the solution box. The material is 304 stainless steel, and the agitators are designed to quickly and effectively mix the PAM (polyacrylamide) solution. The motor is three-phase, 380V, 50Hz, with an IP54 protection level. If you require other voltages (e.g., 400V, 440V), you can specify your requirements.

The control system automatically manages the start and stop of each device in the system, monitors operation status, provides protection and alarms, and adjusts the sequential logic between devices. The electrical control system control cabinet displays the status and real-time information of each process in the solution preparation and dosing system. Operating parameters can be modified through the human-machine interface, allowing you to set the preparation concentration and control the start and stop of the units. The emergency stop button halts the entire system. The control system can also be equipped with an internet communication interface, allowing users to connect to a central control system through a communication network. The material of the electric control cabinet is 304 stainless steel, and the main components in the control cabinet are Schneider products, including the programmable controller (PLC).

This equipment is standard, and the control logic is as follows: The concentration preparation can be input into the electric control cabinet based on the required concentration. Before operating the equipment, ensure that the pipe valves are in the correct positions (open or closed), the power supply and water inlet are connected, and the powder is loaded into the screw conveyor hopper. The screw conveyor begins powder transportation according to the PLC instructions, and the water inlet short electric valve opens to replenish water. The powder falls directly into the preparation box through the premixer, and the mixer starts stirring. When the preparation box is full, the solution overflows into the maturation and storage boxes through the internal overflow tank. The metering pump then outputs the prepared solution.

The fully automatic dosing device is a continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered (or liquid) polymer flocculants. The dry powder flocculant enters the premixer from the screw conveyor and is premixed with clean water. The wetted material then enters the preparation tank for dilution and preparation according to the required concentration. If a liquid flocculant is used, it is directly added to the preparation tank by the screw pump. During the preparation process, if the water volume changes, the flocculant dosing device automatically adjusts to the change in water flow, ensuring that the concentration of the prepared solution remains constant throughout the operation.

The prepared solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the maturation tank. When the storage tank reaches the "high level," the preparation process automatically stops. When the solution drops to the "medium level," the preparation process automatically restarts. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi-blade agitators to ensure thorough dilution and maturation of the flocculant. Additionally, the liquid level signal from the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
