The chemical dosing equipment is widely used as auxiliary equipment in municipal water treatment and wastewater sludge treatment. It can continuously and efficiently complete the chemical combination and mixing of polymers to obtain a homogeneous active polymer solution.
The chemical dosing equipment uses a jet mixer and high-speed hydraulic power to disperse the chemicals or powder particles, increasing their fineness. This improves the contact and penetration area between the chemicals or powder particles and water, thus shortening the dissolution time. The equipment consists of a three-tank overflow combination-namely, preparation, maturation, and dosing-and uses gravity and solubility to create a specific gravity difference in the solution. This automatically separates the dissolved and undissolved substances, and then a low-speed agitator stirs the solution to improve its uniformity.

The fully automatic dry powder dosing device uses a spiral feeder to add powder. The feeder speed is adjustable to ensure uniform and dispersed feeding, with an accuracy of less than 1%.
Under the specified production volume and continuous liquid feeding conditions, the aging time of the solution prepared by the fully automatic dry powder dosing device is guaranteed to be more than 1 hour. The prepared concentration ranges from 0.1% to 0.5%.
The device is made of stainless steel or PVC material, which offers good corrosion resistance and a visually appealing appearance.
The three-tank overflow dissolution system makes the equipment simple in structure, compact in size, and easy to install. It is suitable for processes involving agent dissolution and continuous addition.
The premixer accelerates the hydration of the powder, and the water flow state can be adjusted.
