Flocculant Dosing System

The flocculant dosing system can fully dissolve dry powder. The precise design of the high-precision conveying and heating device in the dry powder feeder reduces the formation of particles or blocks. Both the dry powder and inlet water can be adjusted, allowing for the preparation of the required concentration of liquid solution. The entire preparation process is controlled via the electric control box. When the powder reaches a low level, an alarm signal is triggered to remind the operator to add chemicals. A vacuum feeding machine and an online dilution system are available as options. The tank material can be selected from stainless steel (SS304 or SS316L), polypropylene (PP), fiberglass (FRP), and other materials.

The flocculant dosing system is an automatic and continuous flocculant dissolution and preparation device, with a solution preparation capacity ranging from 0 to 5000 liters per hour and a concentration range of 0.1% to 0.5%. The dry powder flocculant enters the instant dissolving device via a screw propeller and is pre-mixed with clean water. The moist flocculant then enters the preparation tank for stirring and dilution, and can be prepared to the required concentration. During the preparation process, the inflow rate remains relatively stable under the observation of the flow meter, ensuring that the concentration of the prepared solution remains constant throughout the working process. The prepared solution enters the storage tank after passing through the maturation tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank reaches a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the dosing process continues. When the solution drops to a medium level, the batching process is automatically restarted. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with agitators to ensure complete dilution and maturation of the flocculant.

The system is stable and reliable. In the event of a malfunction, the relevant equipment will automatically stop as needed and issue an alarm signal.

A spiral feeder is used to feed the powder, which can be manually adjusted to ensure uniform, dispersed, and high-precision feeding.

Under the specified production volume and continuous liquid feeding conditions, the configured concentration ranges from 0.1% to 0.5%.

An alarm signal is issued when there is insufficient dry powder or liquid solution.

A micro-vibration motor is used.

The premix accelerates the hydration of the powder.

It is primarily used for flocculation treatment of industrial wastewater, sludge dewatering, drinking water purification, and wastewater treatment in industries such as chemicals and papermaking. It can also be used to continuously and automatically produce standard dilute concentration solutions (0.3-5g/L) from latex-based cationic, anionic, or non-ionic polymers.
