The DAF Dissolved Air Flotation system is water treatment equipment that generates a large number of fine white bubbles in the dissolved air system. These bubbles adhere to suspended particles in the form of highly dispersed small bubbles, which reduces their density to be lower than that of water. Using the principle of buoyancy, the particles float to the water's surface, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
The DAF system uses water or partially treated reflux water, which is sucked in and mixed by a microbubble generator to form dissolved air water. The air dissolved in the water is released under reduced pressure in the flotation tank, forming 20-30 micron bubbles with a high surface area and adsorption capacity. This process effectively removes suspended solids from sewage of various concentrations. After treatment, some of the water is pressurized by the air flotation circulation pump and mixed with air in the dissolved air tank. The air dissolves into the water, achieving an air dissolution efficiency of over 80%. The dissolved air is released from the water, forming microbubbles with a particle size of 20-50 microns. These microbubbles combine with suspended solids in the sewage, reducing their specific gravity until they float to the surface. A large amount of floating sludge is formed and removed by a chain scraper installed in the air flotation tank, thus achieving the desired treatment effect.

The dissolved air pump draws in water while simultaneously sucking in air, and the pump pressurizes and mixes it, achieving high gas-liquid dissolution efficiency with fine bubbles ≤ 30μm.
The dissolved air pump can replace complex systems that include circulating pumps, air compressors, dissolved air tanks, jets, and release heads.
Low-pressure operation with a gas dissolution efficiency of up to 99% and a release rate of up to 99%.
The efficient adsorption of microbubbles by suspended particles improves the removal efficiency of suspended solids (SS).
The dissolution efficiency of dissolved air and water is 80-100%, which is three times higher than that of traditional dissolved air flotation systems.
