The water treatment pond UV sterilizer integrates multiple disciplines, including optics, microbiology, mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and fluid mechanics. The strong UV-C light generated by a specially designed high-efficiency, high-intensity, and long-life UV-C light source is used to irradiate flowing water. When bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in the water are exposed to a certain dose of ultraviolet C light (wavelength 253.7 nm), the DNA structure of the microorganisms is destroyed, causing immediate death or preventing reproduction, thus achieving sterilization.
