Products Description
The membrane disc diffuser is designed with a slightly raised, arched surface and is primarily made of ABS engineering plastic. The diaphragm of the disc-type aerator is made from a special imported rubber (EPDM) with an anti-adhesion surface, manufactured using specialized processing techniques.
The entire disc aerator system includes the disc aerator, air distribution piping, tees, crosses, elbows, regulators, connectors, and purge devices. The air distribution piping is typically arranged in a circular pattern, and the disc aerators are spaced based on air supply requirements and the shape of the pool. The disc aerator and air distribution piping are connected using G3/4 threaded connections. The base is internally threaded (to be fixed to the air distribution piping), while the disc aerator is externally threaded. During installation, first secure the regulator to the pool bottom with expansion bolts of the appropriate size, then secure the air distribution piping to the regulator with clamps. To prevent damage from welding sparks or heavy objects like concrete from civil engineering, the disc aerator must be installed after the civil engineering work is completed and before water is added. To prevent leaks at the piping and disc aerator connections, water should be added to a depth of approximately 10 cm above the bottom of the disc aerator for leak testing. Then, air should be introduced. If any leaks are detected at the piping connections, they should be promptly corrected before commissioning.
The openings in the membrane disc diffuser diaphragm are CNC-controlled and imported from Germany, ensuring high quality and precision. During oxygenation and aeration, the disc-type aerator features six air delivery slots on the main disc surface. This allows incoming air to be buffered by a check valve and then delivered directly to the center, ensuring that the diaphragm opens easily and with minimal resistance. The disc aerator uses a ribbed, reverse-locking mechanized assembly to prevent the diaphragm from detaching. When air is supplied, the micropores in the air distribution membrane expand and open automatically, allowing air to pass through. When aeration stops, the variable micropores in the air distribution membrane close. The self-expansion and contraction of these micropores help prevent blockages in the disc-type aerator diaphragm. Additionally, a check valve is installed on the bottom plate of the disc-type microporous aerator to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying air. This prevents blockages in the branch pipe caused by the mixed liquid.
The membrane disc diffuser is made of ABS engineering plastic and is cut using a multi-layer spiral cutting system. After cutting, the material enters the lower layer of the multi-layer serrated cloth air head, where it is divided into multiple layers, creating smaller bubbles that are better suited for various sewage environments.
The membrane disc diffuser is suitable for use in various wastewater treatment aeration tanks. Through the effects of swirling, blocking, and collision, the bubbles with considerable upward force are fully broken, achieving the desired operational effect of large hole exhaust and fine bubbles in the aerator, thus moving away from the concept that "small pores can only produce fine bubbles."
