Products Description

The micro-bubble aerator consists of two main parts: the generating device and the releasing device. These devices need to be connected to supporting pipelines, which typically include the inlet pipeline and the outlet pipeline. After gas enters the equipment through the intake pipeline, it is thoroughly mixed with the raw water and processed by the system to generate micro-nano bubbles with a diameter of less than 50 micrometers. These bubbles are then released in the form of aeration through the releasing device.

When using aerators, please observe the following guidelines:

Test aeration with water: After installation, conduct a test aeration with water to ensure uniform aeration. If uneven aeration is detected, adjust the position or number of aerators as needed.

Drainage and adjustment: During operation, open the drain valves in each group to drain any accumulated water from the pipes using air pressure. Then, adjust the air volume to achieve normal aeration.

Avoid direct sunlight: Do not expose aerators to direct sunlight, as this can accelerate aging and shorten their service life. Also, avoid dropping heavy objects into the pool, as they could damage the tubular aerator.

Proper storage: Tubular aerators should not be subjected to heavy loads or stored outdoors. They should be kept away from fire hazards and sharp objects to prevent damage. When not in use, they should be stored properly to avoid prolonged exposure to harsh conditions.

Preparation before water intake:

Check glued joints: Ensure that all glued joints, especially the aeration pipe flanges, are properly adhered. This may require checking and reapplying glue after each set, as tightening the flange screws can loosen the freshly glued flanges, potentially causing leaks.

Drain and empty the pipes: Close the drain ball valve, open the drain device (which has a removable plug at the rear), and then turn on the fan intake to remove dust and debris from the aeration pipes. Draining should be done before and after installing the micro-porous aerator. Since the aerator has been installed for a long time, debris may enter through the open air distribution holes, so draining should be done beforehand.

Preliminary leak test: After draining, perform a preliminary leak test. Install the diaphragm aerator, close the drain device, turn on the fan, and adjust the air pressure to a low setting. Inspect the aerator and air distribution pipes for leaks, paying attention to the flanges and glue points on the riser and main pipes. If leaks are detected, repair them immediately.

Water Inlet Test:

Before adding water, ensure that the vent valve is securely closed and the drain ball valve is open. Only add water once everything is confirmed to be normal. The inlet water should be 15-20 cm above the aerator to facilitate observation of aeration results and potential leaks. During the test, set the fan pressure to 0.4-0.5 MPa and adjust the air volume as needed to achieve optimal aeration results.

Feature

High efficiency and high concentration.

Fast speed and high traffic volume.

A diverse selection of gas sources (oxygen, ozone, air, etc.).

Bubbles rise slowly and have a long retention time.

Application

Clean up organic compound environmental pollution and eliminate black odor: Due to the strong retention of microbubbles, the environmental pollution indicators of organic compounds, such as COD and BOD, are significantly reduced, and the black odor condition disappears. In addition, harmful substances such as methane gas and hydrogen chloride, which result from the dissolution of organic compounds at the bottom of the water, are removed.

Reduce nutrient content in water: Due to the strong air flotation, retention, and diffusion properties of microbubbles, their lifting effect is weak. After adding oxygen to the water, it can effectively inhibit the dissolution of soil organic matter by Pseudomonas aeruginosa at the bottom of the river, thereby reducing the release of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients underwater.
