Submersible Pond Aerator

The submersible pond aerator can operate normally within the specified range without cavitation, with a running noise level of less than 70 decibels and smooth operation. The motor has sufficient rated power. It is coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint with a coating thickness greater than 300 μm, and the surface is smooth and bright, free of sand holes, cracks, or other defects. All wetted components are coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint.

The submersible pond aerator is equipped with a water leakage protection alarm function in both the oil chamber and the motor chamber for units rated at 4 kW or above. The impeller adopts a high-efficiency, non-clogging large-channel design. It is integrally cast, and an internal anti-loosening locking device is used between the impeller and the shaft. The impeller can be easily removed from the bottom.

The cable sealing system adopts a specially manufactured vulcanized rubber sealing head, which is easy to replace and provides effective sealing. The cable uses an oil-resistant rubber-sheathed cable, with a standard cable length of 10 m or a length configured according to user requirements.

A mechanical seal structure is used and is located in the oil chamber to ensure stable and reliable operation. The oil chamber has sufficient capacity to accommodate oil expansion and allows for easy oil replacement.

The electric motor is a squirrel-cage induction submersible motor with a protection rating of IP68. The stator winding uses F-class insulation, and the rotor winding uses H-class insulation. The maximum starting current does not exceed five times the rated current. The motor efficiency is 85–95%, and the full-load power factor is ≥ 0.8.

The machine base and casing are made of HT250 cast iron, which provides a certain degree of corrosion resistance and can withstand impact and operational loads.

The motor shaft is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and measures have been taken in the structural design to eliminate stress concentration.

The mechanical seals are all supplied by Fenghua Feigu and can be made of silicon carbide/silicon carbide, tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide, or silicon carbide/tungsten carbide, depending on the pumping medium. The designed service life of the mechanical seals exceeds 35,000 hours.

NSK bearings are used, with a cumulative designed service life of more than 50,000 hours.

All fasteners are made of stainless steel.

A submerged aerator is used in aeration tanks and aeration sedimentation tanks of sewage treatment plants to oxygenate and mix sewage sludge and mixed liquor, as well as for the biochemical treatment of sewage or the oxygenation of aquaculture ponds.
