The submersible recirculation pump mainly consists of a main body, a guide tube, a wall pipe, and a check valve. The main body adopts the structural advantages of a submersible mixer. The guide tube is designed to create an optimal flow state. The wall pipe and check valve are designed to improve flow connection and guidance and to effectively block the connection between the two pools when the pump is stopped.

 

The submersible recirculation pump adopts a dual mechanical seal structure along with a lip seal to form a dynamic sealing system. It can operate continuously under full immersion, with the motor partially exposed to the water surface, while ensuring normal operation even after intermittent use or long-term shutdown. The standard cable length is 10 m, and the cable sealing head is treated with special vulcanization to prevent damage to the cable sheath and water leakage into the motor. The oil chamber has sufficient space to accommodate expansion caused by temperature differences and is equipped with a sealing leakage protection device. Thermal protection switches are installed in the stator winding and in the upper and lower bearing positions, and a sealed leakage protection device is installed in the stator chamber. The installation guide rod allows free rotation, lifting, and adjustment of the equipment at various angles, without the need to drain the sewage tank during lifting and installation.

Small head, large flow rate: The impeller speed of the submersible recirculation pump is low, with a specific speed of 1600, resulting in a large flow rate and a very low head (up to 0.5 meters). It is especially suitable for situations with small liquid level differences and high flow requirements, such as the sludge reflux section in sewage treatment processes.

No blockage, high efficiency: The large flow channel space between the reflux cylinder and the impeller, along with the absence of narrow gaps and the backward-swept blade design, allows various solid particles and even easily entangled fibrous debris in the medium to pass through without obstruction, as long as they can enter the suction port of the sludge recirculation pump. The hydraulic model, designed using CFD fluid analysis software, ensures high hydraulic efficiency. The impeller is directly connected to a high-pole submersible motor, resulting in minimal mechanical losses.

Application

 

This submersible pump is specialized equipment for mixed-liquid reflux and denitrification in secondary sewage treatment plants. It can also be used for pumping purified water during surface drainage, irrigation, and the control of waterway systems. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring low head and high flow, such as recycling or sludge suction circuits in wastewater treatment.
