It has the advantage of large filtration area and is a solid-liquid separation method that combines the characteristics of deep filtration and the advantages of surface filtration.
The rotary drum filter aquaculture is fully automatic and can effectively remove low concentrations of SS, with a removal rate of more than 75%. After adding chemical agents to the influent, the concentrations of COD, BOD and TP can also be reduced. The filter disc adopts a vertical design, and large particles of sludge settle directly to the bottom of the pool, reducing the filtration load; the cleaning and filtration processes can be carried out simultaneously, which improves the efficiency of the equipment; the innovative design makes the filter disc easy to replace; the filter cloth adopts negative pressure suction cleaning, does not require a water storage tank, and saves costs.
Principle: After the raw water enters the filter, under the action of gravity pressure difference, it enters the filter disc through the microporous filter cloth fixed on the hollow shaft, and the solid suspended matter is trapped outside the filter cloth. The filtrate is collected to the hollow shaft through the filter disc, flows into the outlet slot, and is discharged from the filter through the outlet weir plate. During the filtration process, the sludge is adsorbed on the outside of the filter cloth and gradually forms a sludge layer. As the sludge accumulates on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the liquid level in the pool gradually rises. When the liquid level rises to the set value, the PLC simultaneously turns on the suction pump and the transmission device to rotate the filter disc, and the cleaning device fixed on the outside of the filter cloth rubs against the surface of the filter cloth, scrapes off and sucks away the sludge on the surface of the filter cloth, and completes the cleaning of the filter cloth. A sludge discharge pipe is provided at the bottom of the pool body. By setting the time, the PLC automatically starts the sludge discharge pump to discharge the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool.
The box-type fiber rotary filter is mainly composed of a box, a filter disc, a hollow shaft, a cleaning mechanism, a mud discharge mechanism, a driving mechanism, a suction pump, a valve mechanism and an electrical control system.
1. Box: carbon steel welding, anti-corrosion treatment. The box structure is compact, light and occupies a small area. It can also be made into a reinforced concrete structure according to the site conditions.
2. Filter disc: Each filter disc consists of six independent parts and is covered with filter cloth.
3. Hollow shaft: welded with steel. The hollow pipe can not only transport the filtered water, but also drive the filter disc to rotate.
4. Cleaning mechanism: It is composed of a cleaning suction port, a pipe, a clamping device, a supporting component, etc. It is used to clean the filter cloth.
5. Driving mechanism: It is composed of a reducer, a sprocket, a chain, etc. It is used to drive the hollow shaft and the filter disc to rotate.
6. Mud discharge mechanism: It is composed of a mud discharge suction port, a pipe, a mud discharge suction port bracket, etc. It is used to discharge the sludge at the bottom of the filter.
7. Suction pump and valve mechanism: It is composed of centrifugal pump, pipe and electric ball valve, used for cleaning and mud discharge.
8. Electrical system: It is composed of electrical control components such as electric control box, PLC, touch screen, liquid level monitoring, etc. It is used to control the backwashing and mud discharge process, make it run automatically, and adjust the backwashing interval and mud discharge interval.
