The bridge scraper (sludge scraper) is mainly used for discharging sludge from the horizontal flow sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants and water plants. The machine is a one-way scraper and can be equipped with additional skimming and spreading devices according to user requirements.
The bridge scraper adopts a mobile bridge type. When the scraper is not working, it stops at the water inlet end. When the scraper is working, when traveling along the water flow, the skimming plate is first lowered to scatter the scum on the pool surface into the steel skimming trough at the end of the pool, and the scraper plate is lifted off the bottom of the pool; when traveling in the reverse direction, the scraper plate is lowered to scrape the sludge on the bottom of the pool into the mud collecting trough at the end of the pool, and the skimming plate is lifted away from the liquid surface to prevent the scum from retrograde; it performs a reciprocating working motion in this way, thereby achieving the purpose of scraping mud and scattering slag.
