Static Screen Wastewater

The main body of a static screen wastewater treatment system features a stainless steel curved or flat filter screen surface, precisely crafted from wedge-shaped steel bars. Wastewater to be treated flows through an overflow weir and is evenly distributed onto the inclined screen surface. Due to the small, smooth surface gaps and larger back gaps of the screen, drainage is smooth and resistant to clogging. Solid matter is trapped, while the filtered water flows out through the gaps in the screen plate. Simultaneously, hydraulic force pushes the solid matter to the bottom of the screen plate for discharge, achieving solid-liquid separation.
